These are my COMSOL Multiphysics tutorials. Third year, second semester, Electronics and Communication Engineering at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus.
COMSOL Multiphysics is simulation software for finite element analysis. You use it to model and simulate physical systems before any physical prototype exists: electromagnetics, heat transfer, structural mechanics.
Teaching friends and classmates is how I learned. Understanding something deeply enough to teach it is the highest form of mastery.
In 2013, from a hostel room, I put my notes online at akshansh.net so others could learn from them. Since then, at least one person in the world has studied from my notes every day. They are free.
These tutorials walk you through finite element analysis simulations in three areas: electromagnetics, heat transfer, and structural mechanics. They are step by step. Open COMSOL alongside the material and work through it in sequence. That is how the software becomes clear.
