These are my Principles of Management notes. Second year, first semester, BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. A humanities course I took alongside engineering.

The notes cover an introduction to management, planning, organising, human resource management, motivation, leadership, marketing, and corporate social responsibility.

I started sharing my handwritten notes online as an undergrad in two thousand thirteen so others could learn from them. At least one person in the world studies from them every day since two thousand thirteen.

At least one person in the world has studied from my notes every single day since 2013. These Principles of Management notes are part of that library.

I started sharing handwritten notes online as an undergrad in 2013. I was in a hostel room at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, and the idea was simple: if you have something useful, put it where people can find it. That has not changed.

These are from my second year, first semester. A humanities course, taken alongside engineering. Principles of Management covers an introduction to management, planning, organising, human resource management, motivation, leadership, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. It moves from how organisations set direction and structure themselves, through how they manage people, lead teams, go to market, and carry responsibility to the wider world.
