Most personal finance tools lose you in a week. Boring spreadsheets, or apps so complex you open them once and stop. I kept asking: what if managing money felt as satisfying as levelling up in a game?
That question became Financial Clarity. I started in August twenty twenty-five, vibe-coded with AI. It launched.
It is a personal money dashboard. You track income, expenses, and savings goals. Every action earns you XP. Level up, earn badges, keep streaks. An overall financial health score shows where you stand.
Game mechanics create motivation from the inside to stay on top of spending and saving. Built mobile-first in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, following my C.L.E.A.R. design framework. Take a look.
Narrated in my own cloned voice, generated with ElevenLabs v4.
Most personal finance tools lose you in a week. The spreadsheets are tedious; the apps are complex enough that you close them and don’t go back. What if managing money felt as satisfying as levelling up in a game?
Financial Clarity is my answer. It’s a personal money dashboard: track your income, expenses and savings goals in one place. Every financial action earns you XP. You level up. You earn achievements, build streaks, collect badges and watch progress bars move. An overall financial health score shows where you stand.
That’s the purpose of the game mechanics. Spreadsheets don’t give you a streak. An app that nags you is easy to ignore. A dashboard that rewards the behaviour creates intrinsic motivation. Logging an expense stops feeling like housekeeping and starts feeling like progress.
I built it in August 2025, vibe-coded with AI. HTML, CSS and JavaScript, built to my C.L.E.A.R. design framework. Mobile-first. It’s launched. There’s no public link. If you’ve ever abandoned a finance app after a week, you’ll recognise the problem it’s trying to fix.
