Several initiatives, each doing real work, each with its own identity. Without a shared story, they risked feeling like separate things. That risk was the start of Project ONE Portal.
This is an editorial-style website, the central story hub for the digital transformation at the pharma company I work with. It holds three pillars. Project ONE is the why. Team Lipi is the what. A third programme is the how. The portal connects all three.
It is inspired by the Raw Materials design language: intentional, minimal, story-driven. It's a home where the transformation makes sense, not a corporate intranet.
Vibe-coded with AI in March twenty twenty-six. Built with Astro. Launched. If this kind of thinking interests you, take a look.
Narrated in my own cloned voice, generated with ElevenLabs v4.
A transformation with no story behind it is just a list of initiatives.
The pharma company I work with is running a digital transformation across several programmes. Each has its own name, identity, and momentum. The risk is clear: you see the pieces, but not the whole.
Project ONE Portal is the place I built to hold the shape together. It is an editorial-style website, the central hub for the transformation, where the why, the what, and the how connect.
Three pillars form that story. Project ONE is the why: the purpose behind the transformation. Team Lipi is the what: the execution. A third programme is the how: the methodology.
I built it in the spirit of the Raw Materials design language: intentional, minimal, story-driven. It reads less like a corporate intranet and more like a publication.
I vibe-coded it with AI in March 2026, built with Astro and CSS. It has launched. There is no public link.
