I built this so recognition at Venus Remedies would feel earned, traceable, and real.

Recognition should feel earned. That is the thought behind Seva Sammaan, which means honouring service. I built it for Venus Remedies, a pharma company, where a monthly program honours the people who keep the campus running: transport, housekeeping, hospitality, admin and horticulture. Paper and spreadsheets could not hold that fairly. So I built a mobile-first platform. Department heads rate on ten parameters, once a month. The rating sets a ration reward. Certificates render in Hindi. A flag hoists when a department finishes, and sounds from nature mark the moment. I vibe-coded this with AI, starting June twenty twenty-six. The second version went live in July. There is room inside for more programs, and you are welcome to follow along.

Seva Sammaan means honouring service. I built this platform for Venus Remedies to support a monthly recognition program for the people who keep the campus running: transport, housekeeping, hospitality, admin, horticulture.
Paper and spreadsheets don’t scale a fair ritual. If recognition doesn’t feel consistent, it doesn’t feel earned. I wanted every department to go through the same process, see a clear result, and have a path if something seemed wrong.
Each month, department heads rate their team on ten parameters, out of a hundred, on a mobile-first flow. The submission is final. Results fall into bands. A ration reward calibrates automatically from the rating. Certificates are opt-in for each person and render Hindi text correctly. A report records who received what, when, and by whom.
The platform installs like an app. There’s a sound layer drawn from nature. When a department’s month is complete, a flag hoists.
The platform is built to hold several programs inside one shell. The first is live. A second is already planned. Adding a new program is configuration, not a rebuild.
I started vibe-coding this with AI in June 2026. The second version went live in July 2026. It’s launched.
