Navratna means nine jewels. In old India, the nine jewels were not ornaments. They were exceptional people around a ruler: a council chosen for calibre, not title.
I wanted that same rigour applied to how a pharma company hires its senior leaders. This wasn't standard recruitment. It was a different calibre of process, purpose-built for C-level decisions. Venus Navratna is an internal platform for exactly that: AI-powered CV screening, candidate scoring, and a structured pipeline from sourcing through final selection.
I started it in July twenty twenty-five. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, vibe-coded with AI. Fourth in my catalog. One of the very first things I built this way. It is launched. Follow along.

Hiring at that level calls for different rigour: a more structured process, AI assistance at the right moments, and management excellence principles applied to the company’s most critical hiring decisions.
The platform handles AI-powered CV screening and candidate scoring, then takes the hiring team through a structured evaluation pipeline from sourcing to final selection. Everything is in one dedicated place.
I started this in July 2025. It’s number four in my product catalog, and one of the very first things I built by vibe-coding with AI, in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It’s launched.
