Alphabets Got Talent is a fun game designed for children with limited motor abilities. The objective of the game is to learn the Morse Code by spawning animals for the corresponding alphabet. The game interface involves two tactile Morse Code inputs — one for ‘dit’ (low input) and the other for ‘dah’ (high input) — and a screen which displays the animal based on the input character.
For instance, if the player inputs a dit (Morse code for the letter ‘e’), an elephant spawns on the screen. The game is designed to be accessible to children with limited motor abilities, who can use the two-button interface to learn the alphabet through Morse code in a playful, engaging way.
The project was created for the Google Accessibility Game Jam and was later featured on Google Experiments. The game was built as a team effort by Michael Center, Beckett Melville, Lauren Owen, and Akshansh Chaudhary.
